AIRCRAFT TRANSITION (End of Lease Re-delivery/Delivery, Sale, Purchase)

TECHNICAL RECORDS

EirJet Aviation Services will ensure the timely updating of the Aircraft Technical Records with follow-up from the Open Item's List and also from the Transition Maintenance as it is closed down by the appointed Maintenance Organisation. This will help to ensure that at the time of aircraft transition, the complement of aircraft records precisely reflect the current status of the aircraft.

Following on from the preparation of the records above, EirJet Aviation Services will perform the final preparation, including a delivery bible, of the Aircraft Records to comply with the requirements of the transaction

ON-SITE STRATEGY

EirJet Aviation Services on-site representative will participate in on-site transition meetings with the customer and their counterparts as required to discuss the progress of the transition work pack, material tracking and any other points as they arise. They will also assist with the application for Certificates of Airworthiness (C of A) and for Export C of A and liaise directly with the CAMO for any airworthiness items and the Part-21 design organisation for any modifications to be performed.

Furthermore, the rep on-site will communicate directly with the DAR and National Authority as required.

DELIVERY

EirJet Aviation Serivces on-site representative will be available throughout the handback to provide “On-Site” Technical Support to deal with any last minute issues in relation to the aircraft technical records, to make any required last minute changes to the records and to generally liaise with all parties and assist during the final stages of the handback of the Aircraft.

The On-Site Rep will be the eyes and ears for the Leasing Company on the ground, providing the Technical Director with daily updates, thus minimizing the Technical Director's travel to be on-site.

They can also assist in the End of Lease Adjustment calculations, re-delivery and/or delivery certificate and advise of any exceptions that arise during the aircraft transition phase.
